Victoria Oh currently serves as the Strategic Program Manager at PsychArmor. The scope of Victoria’s role allows her to focus on the positive and potential impact of PsychArmor within the military support space. She hopes her work will strengthen and amplify the PsychArmor network, while furthering its mission of helping the military and Veteran community.

In 2023, Victoria earned a M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University; she also holds a B.S. in Business Management from Boston College. Prior to her education at Columbia, Victoria worked in corporate finance across several industries including media and technology, consumer retail, and financial services.

As an active duty Army spouse, Victoria appreciates and understands firsthand the strengths and opportunities in the community through her leadership and volunteer experience with the Soldier Family Readiness Group, Care Team, and a military-affiliated faith-based organization. She aims to utilize her passion, education, and lived experience to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the military-connected community.

Outside of the office, Victoria loves to spend time exploring new spots and new foods with her husband and their son at their current duty station, Joint Base Lewis-McChord. She also enjoys cooking Korean food and traveling to visit family and friends.
