Melissa DeTamble
Melissa DeTamble is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive leadership experience and a deep commitment to veterans and emotional health. She brings 30 years of progressive human resources expertise to her current role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ascential Technologies, including 10 years in private equity, where she played a critical role in driving organizational growth and transformation. She has successfully led talent development initiatives, implemented strategic HR programs, and supported business expansion from $500 million to over $1.3 billion in revenue.
Melissa brings commitment to active participation and high engagement to her new role with an emphasis on fundraising and networking. Her expertise in execution of critical human capital succession planning, board collaboration, and executive compensation make her a valuable addition to the PsychArmor team.
Having been married to a Veteran, Melissa has a personal connection to Veterans’ issues and understands the unique challenges military families face. Through her work on the Board of Naperville Responds, she raised substantial funds to provide housing support for Veterans and is honored to continue serving the Veteran community in meaningful ways as a PsychArmor board member.
Melissa is Mom to three young adults: A daughter (24) and two sons (23) and (19).
