Kathy Naylor

Kathy brings a wealth of leadership experience and expertise in organization transformation to the PsychArmor board, with a strong emphasis on serving veteran and military-affiliated communities. As the spouse of retired Marine Colonel Mike Naylor, she has both personal and professional ties to the military, reflecting a deep, authentic commitment to supporting service members and veterans.  Her extensive involvement in the MilVet space includes active engagement with military families and veteran organizations across both the East and West Coasts and globally with NATO partners. Kathy has served on influential advisory boards, such as the Employer Support of the National Guard and Reserve under the U.S. Secretary of Defense, and has worked closely with military-related entities through her leadership roles in the corporate and nonprofit sectors.

With a robust network and strategic relationships nationwide, Kathy has demonstrated Board and C-suite leadership experience to include serving in roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Commercial Executive Team at Nevro, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Tri-City Medical  Center, Principal/Consultant in the Organization Transformation practices of Infosys Consulting and PWC, and as a member of the federal government’s Senior Executive Service (SES).

An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Systemic Team Coach, Kathy now leads Change and Leadership Solutions, a coaching and consulting firm focused on executive and leadership development, organization transformation, and human capital strategy. Her deep expertise in organizational culture, talent development, and strategic alignment—combined with her military family background—makes her a valuable asset in advancing PsychArmor’s mission to support and empower the military community.
