Bill Aseltyne
William J. "Bill" Aseltyne serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS). A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Bill has dedicated his career to the healthcare and nonprofit sectors. He has served as Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association's Committee on Health Law and as a volunteer trustee for a number of nonprofits, including Maitri Compassionate Care in San Francisco and Leeway in New Haven, each of which serves people living with HIV or AIDS. He’s also served on the boards of the ODC Dance Company, The Long Wharf Theater, the Neighborhood Music School, and Leadership, Education and Athletics in Partnership (LEAP).
Bringing extensive legal expertise, Bill fills a critical role on the PsychArmor Board, offering strategic guidance in risk management, conflict resolution, nonprofit governance and third-party collaborations. His experience in health law and nonprofit leadership will be instrumental as PsychArmor continues to expand partnerships and strengthen its impact within military and Veteran communities.
