BTM67-WoVen, the Women Veterans Network

Show Summary

On this episode, we feature a conversation with retired Air Force Veteran Cat Corchado, a Peer Leader trainer and national consultant with WoVen, the Women Veterans Network, as well as host of the Sisters In Service Podcast.

About Today’s Guest

Cat Corchado is the Community Relations and Partnerships Ambassador at the Women Veterans Network (WoVeN). She volunteered and was chosen as one of the original Peer Leaders with the WoVeN program in 2017. She has helped lead many in-person and online peer groups and she ran one of the first WoVeN online Peer Leader Trainings. She is an advocate and champion for all women Veterans and helps them to navigate the transition process from active duty to civilian, which is why WoVeN was a perfect fit. Prior to her position with WoVeN, Cat retired from the US Air Force in 2000 where she spent her entire career in Communications and Project Management. Outside of work, Cat has spent over 37 years in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. She loves to spend time with her husband and dog, Brady, and also loves to be outside in the sun and at the beach. Cat has been and will continue to be an advocate for women Veterans through the WoVeN program.
