PsychArmor and Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services Sign Strategic MOU
Partnership underscores shared commitment to advancing education, workforce readiness, and wellness for military-connected communities
[April 10, 2026] — PsychArmor and Dixon Center for Military and Veterans Services have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a strategic collaboration to strengthen support for Veterans, service members, and their families.
This MOU reflects a shared commitment to the quality provision of career preparation, education, training, and workforce development across the Veteran ecosystem. Both organizations are dedicated to leveraging institutional, governmental, and industry resources to expand capacity, improve coordination, and increase the effectiveness and reach of programs supporting military-connected communities.
“This partnership serves as a testament to the shared values of Dixon Center and PsychArmor on improving the lives of all Veterans and their families, including expanding access to post-secondary education, training, and employment opportunities for Veterans, service members, and their families,” said Dr. Atherall.
Through this collaboration, PsychArmor and Dixon Center will work together to enhance understanding of the education, training, employment, and health and wellness needs of military-connected individuals. The partnership will also focus on identifying and developing resources that ensure Veterans and their families can thrive as productive, engaged members of their communities.
“In consideration of our shared principles, this agreement establishes a strategic collaboration to advance our missions through knowledge-sharing, innovation, and best practices,” said Lang. “Together, we aim to build partnerships that connect those who have served to the supports and services they need to thrive where they live.”
The agreement also emphasizes collaboration on research and professional development opportunities designed to bridge the military-civilian divide, improve outcomes for military learners, and increase public awareness of the unique strengths and needs of this community.
