CAROLE TURNER

M.Ed. Senior Advisor

Carole Turner is a connector, communicator, and lifelong advocate for the military community. As a Senior Advisor for PsychArmor, she draws on more than 30 years of experience as a military spouse to strengthen education, training, and strategic communications that support service members, Veterans, and their families. Since joining PsychArmor in 2020, Carole has shaped the organization’s voice through brand strategy, storytelling, and management of over 200 Behind the Mission podcast guests. Her decades of volunteer leadership within military spouse and family readiness organizations reflect her enduring commitment to service and community. A champion for military spouse employment and leadership development, she frequently serves as a presenter and advisor at national spouse programs and conferences. Carole holds degrees in English and Journalism from the University of Maryland and a Master’s in Education from George Mason University. After 15 moves in 33 years of marriage, she and her husband currently call Okinawa, Japan, home.
