Angela Neal, MBA PMP

Angela Neal helps organizations bring bold, complex ideas to life, especially when specialized expertise is needed. Over the past decade, she has built community programs and forged public-private partnerships across the U.S. and abroad, working with private industry and government alike. Her strengths include stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and navigating cross-cultural environments. Angela also focuses on process improvement and technology implementation, helping organizations consolidate fragmented data and make clearer, better-informed decisions.

Her dedication to service members and their families is personal. A military spouse of more than 20 years, now a veteran spouse, Angela has spent over a decade supporting the military community. As an alumna of the George W. Bush Institute's Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program, she leads efforts to advance legislation that benefits veterans and military families. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
