Veteran Employment Consultant
George McDaniel is a Marine Corps veteran and a senior human resource professional bringing 20 years of proven leadership experience at the global enterprise level in planning, managing, and directing human resources; strategic management analysis; operations; and learning and development programs culminating in his ability to provide organizations with a strategic human capital capability.
George is an expert in veteran transitions and is focused on providing businesses with the knowledge and resources to attract, hire, and retain quality veterans. He has been trained in Executive Leadership Development by Korn Ferry International and was selected to attend their Leveraging Military Leadership Program. He is a Board Certified Coach with a designation as a Certified Veteran Development Coach (CVDC) focusing on career development for transitioning veterans and is the Founder and CEO of Veteran Coaching, LLC.
In addition to his professional career, George is also a consultant on numerous veteran transitional topics to local and national organizations. He is currently a Guest Speaker and Panelist on such topics for The Hawk Collaborative, a Think Tank of Blue Rio Strategies.
He has made it his mission to provide valuable resources to transitioning veterans and employers of veterans alike. George considers it an honor to work with veterans to not only help them successfully transition from the military into valuable educational, entrepreneurial and professional opportunities but to also become a trusted partner in their personal and professional growth.
George is also active in his community as a member of several organizations and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Young Marines program of South Florida helping to provide a quality leadership development program for today’s youth.
George holds a BA in Intelligence Analysis Studies and 3 Graduate Certifications which include Applied Project Management, Human Resource Management, and Business Analysis Fundamentals.
