The mental health community understands that we are stronger together, thus PsychHub has teamed up with the nation’s most credible mental health organizations to collaborate on COVID-19 Mental Health Resource Hub, a free set of resources to help people address their mental health needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. PsychHub has compiled targeted resources for individuals, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, Veterans, mental health providers, community supporters, and employers.
The Elizabeth Dole Foundation launched the Hidden Heroes COVID-19 Resource Hub, an easy to navigate destination where military and veteran caregivers can access the latest information and tools. The Foundation also encourages caregivers to register for their Hidden Heroes Caregiver Community (click here), an online peer support network where caregivers can find connection, advice, resources, friendship, and more. Blue Star Families, in partnership with the Association of Defense Communities (ADC), has launched the COVID-19 Military Support Initiative (CMSI). This initiative establishes a clearinghouse for vetted, official information both to and from military and veteran families about benefits, as well as evolutions in the pandemic’s progress and our fight to stop it. Additionally, the CMSI will provide resources and expertise to support communities, states, and military families through this crisis.
