Veteran 201: Military Lingo and Discharges

This course is an overview of some common military acronyms and lingo as well as military discharges and how they affect the Veteran. Discussion topics include acronyms and phrases that are used across all military branches as well as the types of military discharges and the benefits associated with them. The goal of this course is to provide some insight into the unique culture of the military.

    This is very helpful especially to non-profits that are trying to implement support and resources for the various discharge types including BCD.

    being a vet I understand the terminology but many civilians do not,so having a understandable course for the terms endemic to the trade of a warrior is key. This allows a connection between the soldier and the civilian allowing collaboration. Great content! Thank you for making this available. next time My Supervisor asks me how Im doing and I say 5 X 5 he will understand it!
