Telehealth Case Management

This course explains how to thoroughly assess the needs of transitioning Veterans; about the primary issues facing transitioning Vets; about the array of resources (both Veteran-specific and non-Veteran-specific) that are available; about the role of advocacy in linking Vets to services; the tricks of the trade in getting Veterans in the door at organizations; about organizations that have arisen to fill gaps; about the challenges that exist in serving Vets; how to provide ongoing support while helping Vets; how to manage and assist Vets with PTSD, TBI, and other difficult issues; how to assess and triage crises; and how to manage worker/client relationships over phone and email.
