Supporting Children Who Support Veterans

If your child helps out with caregiving for a parent or other Veteran family member who is ill or injured, who gives that child extra TLC? These “little heroes” are often overlooked. The goal of “Supporting Children Who Support Veterans” is to give you some information and resources to help you find ways to support your child if they are assisting with caregiving for a family member, or if they are helping with other chores or responsibilities as a result of having an ill or injured family member. Although your children may be small now, we hope this course gives you some building blocks to address any parenting challenges you may encounter as your children mature.
