Technical FAQs

One of the incredible benefits of collaborating in our work to serve veterans, service members, and military families is the opportunity to share what we’ve learned and what’s working. Learning the skills to help you capture best practices can help collaboratives like yours work smarter, not harder. This course, “Documenting Best Practices,” narrated by former Navy SEAL and CEO of Team Performance Institute, Jon Sanchez, covers some essential considerations for capturing best practices in your organization to improve systems and processes such as: defining and sharing “best practices;” uncovering barriers to capturing best practices; fostering a collaborative culture that enables organizational learning; and integrating best practices into your organizational learning strategy.

Very informative. As a former banker, I have utilized best practices when I working with customers portfolios. I love the section on continuing learning. Does it solve a Problem? Does it result in success and does it have a positive impact? I am happy Samaritan selected this course. It brought back some of my training tools I used at the bank.
