Sarah Fenn is an attorney and currently serves as a Policy and Regulatory Counsel for Uber, where she provides legal advice on state and local legislation and other legal matters.
From April 2009 to May 2015, Ms. Fenn worked at The White House, where she served in the Office of Health Reform during passage and implementation of the Affordable Care Act; as Special Assistant to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy; and as Deputy Associate Counsel to the President in the Office of the White House Counsel. Ms. Fenn’s work at the White House included working with the White House Military Office.
Ms. Fenn previously spent a year working on health care policy for U.S. Senator Edward M. Kennedy on the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.
Ms. Fenn is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and the University of California, Davis, School of Law.
