Robert Albright is Director of Programs for the Collective Impact Forum, a field-building partnership between FSG and the Aspen Institute Forum for Community Solutions. Robert leads the Forum’s program offerings and coaching support for funders, backbone leaders, and other collective impact practitioners. Robert facilitates the collective impact funder community of practice, which provides a series of in-person and virtual meetings throughout the year for private foundations, community foundations, United Ways, corporate foundations, public sector funders, and other funders. Robert has conducted various workshops and spoken at local, regional, and national convenings on collective impact. Prior to joining the Collective Impact Forum, Robert worked on several collective impact consulting engagements with FSG, including a collective impact project focused on economic competitiveness in Northeast Ohio and a statewide collective impact effort to transform New York State’s juvenile justice system. Robert holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he earned the Dean’s Distinguished Service Award, and a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he was the senior class vice president. Cheryl Burnett joined NACo in 2017 as the Director of County Solutions and Innovation (CSI). In this position, she leads the health, human services and justice; community and economic resiliency; and technology innovation program areas. She also oversees corporate relations and sponsorships. Previously, Cheryl was the Assistant Chief Deputy and Communications Director for Los Angeles County Supervisor Don Knabe. Prior to that, she worked in large corporate environments, including Toyota, BP and Seagram/Universal Studios in Los Angeles, New York, and London. Cheryl has a B.A. in Economics and English from Lafayette College, an M.A. in English from Seton Hall University and an M.P.A. from the University of Southern California.
