Michael Wolfe is a consultant and speaker on a variety of Human Capital issues, including Corporate Wellness, High Potential Leadership development, Human Resource department structure, compensation and employee selection. Founder and Chairman of Vets Bridge to Employment – Leveraging the HR Community in support of Los Angeles Mayor Garcetti’s 10,000 Strong Initiative to hire 10,000 Veterans by 2017.

His most recent position was Vice President of Human Resources with global responsibilities for Roll Global LLC, a privately-held consumer products corporation with sales in excess of $3 billion. Roll’s operating companies include FIJI Water, the largest imported still water company in the US; POM Wonderful, the world’s largest fresh pomegranate-related products processor and marketer; Teleflora, the largest floral wire service in North America; Paramount Farms, the world’s largest grower of pistachios, almonds, and pomegranates; Paramount Citrus, the largest fully-integrated grower, packer, and marketer of fresh citrus in North America; and Suterra, the world’s leading bio-rational pest control company.

Prior to Roll Global LLC, Mr. Wolfe was VIce President of Human Resources for California National Bank and VIce President of Human Resources for Transamerica Life Companies. At Transamerica he oversaw the transformation of all operating companies’ compensation structure from a traditional graded system to a competency based pay-for- performance system. He also developed Transamerica’s first Employee Portal. He was responsible for the Employee Services Center that supported all Transamerica business after Transamerica was acquired by AEGON. He was Manager of Games Staffing Control for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee, where he developed the training program that was used to hire 70,000 short term employees for the summer games.

Mr. Wolfe has a Masters in Human Resources Management from Pepperdine University and a Bachelors of Arts from Concordia University (formerly Sir George Williams University) in Montreal, Canada. He is a Vietnam Era veteran who served in the United
