As a Executive Vice President of VetAdvisor Services, Jennifer implements and directs proactive Veteran coaching programs for Three Wire Systems. In her current role, she improves Veterans' access to reintegration services in the areas of wellness, behavioral health, financial, and career transition coaching. She has more than ten years of experience managing personnel providing veteran-related services. During her tenure, she has provided direction and oversight for over 100,000 veteran coaching sessions.

Jennifer has experience in the hiring and supervision of Department of Defense Victim Advocates and as a Victim Rights Manager/Counselor. She is also adept in Government Contract Project/Program Management as well as private sector contracting.

Jennifer has spoken to organizations and at conferences about student Veterans and Veterans in the workplace, including the benefits of hiring Veterans and retaining Veterans. Her recent speaking engagements have included presentations to the World EAP Conference; the PA Veteran Forum; the National Association of Rural Mental Health; SugarCon; IVMF V-WISE; and the EAPA Pittsburgh Chapter.

Jennifer serves as the President-Elect of the Board of Directors for the National Association for Rural Mental Health (NARMH) and also serves on the Saint Francis University Social Work Advisory Board. She is a Certified Peer Support Specialist Supervisor, has a Bachelors in Social Work from Saint Francis University where she was honored with the Social Work Student-of-the-Year for 2003, and a Masters in Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from Mount Aloysius College. She was also named to the 2013 Top 100 People in Central Pennsylvania and Beyond.
