This course will outline some of the specific, invisible wounds of war that affect veterans, including stress, post traumatic stress, post traumatic stress disorder, and traumatic brain injuries. In addition, you will gain thorough knowledge regarding evidence based treatments in order to build and execute appropriate accommodation plans for employees suffering with invisible wounds of war. As a result of this course, you will gain the knowledge and resources necessary to confidently address invisible wounds of war in the workplace for the success of both veteran and civilian employees.
