COURSE OVERVIEW

Making the decision to implement a Veteran hiring initiative is only the first step. To ensure the success of Veteran employees and maximize their value to your organization, it is imperative that you take certain steps to tailor your culture and on-boarding process. Throughout this course, you will gain the information and resources necessary to begin your military recruitment campaign, including mobilizing your efforts to hire and retain Veterans and their spouses. You will find a comprehensive analysis of the steps you should take, including corporate best practices and specific examples from leaders in this field. You will also find that if you are not already doing so, you can incorporate many of these steps into your current on-boarding process for any new employee.
