EMMA ATHERALL

Emma Atherall joined the PsychArmor Team in January 2021 as the communication intern, where she spent three months learning the ins and outs of non-profit marketing and strategic communications.  Since then, Emma has moved into the Communication Specialist role on the Marketing and Communication team, assisting in all internal and external communication for PsychArmor. As a military kid, Emma understands first-hand the importance of promoting PsychArmor resources to the general public to best support the military and Veteran community.  

Emma has a Dual Bachelors of Science In Communication Studies and Public Relations from the State University of New York At Fredonia. Before PsychArmor, Emma worked on the communication teams for several nonprofits such as The Boys and Girls Club, and The National Postdoctoral Association.  Emma lives in sunny San Diego and spends her free time hiking the beautiful ranges of Southern California and reading any Colleen Hoover novel.
